Pocket Panel is an AI first companion that gives small business owners a personal board of advisors they can carry everywhere. In one place you can talk through decisions, run guided workshops, and leave each conversation with a clear summary and action items that turn ideas into progress. I built Pocket Panel because too many founders move alone without time to schedule mentors or sift through long reports, and I wanted a simple way to get clarity fast and keep momentum day to day. The value is focus, confidence, and follow through. You get practical guidance when you need it, structured prompts that sharpen your thinking, and a record of decisions that keeps you and your team aligned. I founded the product and continue to lead strategy, research, and design, and I also write the code. I use my full stack engineering background and pair with AI to design, build, and test in short cycles, which helped me take the product from idea to launch in four months and continue to improve it every week. Transformed the Ford call center agent experience by introducing AI chat as a knowledge retrieval. The knowledge retrieval tool was built using RAG + LangChain + LLM and allowed for our agents to ask questions in plain language and get a meticously crafted answer in return that could quickly be shared with customers. The amount of time saved as a result of this tool significantly lowered our cost per customer engagement. An integrated continous feedback loop also helped inform our content mangers to build the right content at the right time.

Championed the foundation for what our Experience Design AI Program within Ford XD would be. Elements including forging external partnerships with industry leading AI players, researching latest trends and technical discoveries, prototyping experiences that leverage emerging technologies and attacked customer problems, iteratively executing agile design sprints using a build, measure, learn cycle, and finally, forging strategic partnerships within the organization so that our creations had permanent homes.
